The shop started in a small 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse with two mechanic’s. Within just a few short months the mechanic’s were overwhelmed with work and Offshore Marine needed to expand. A 9,000 sq. ft. shop and showroom were purchased on Lake Mead Parkway that gave the business prime exposure to traffic coming to and from the lake. This enabled Offshore to employ four full-time mechanics and have a large indoor and outdoor area for the use as a show area for the sale of new and used boats.
